Dr Mohammed Moinuddin is a Lecturer (US equivalent Assistant Professor) in Biostatistics in the School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Lancashire, UK. He has received the 'Chartered Statistician' title, the highest professional award from the Royal Statistical Society. For the last decades, Dr Moinuddin has been working in the field of statistical methodology development, big data, machine learning, epidemiology of maternal and child health, child development, cancer, mental well-being, and physical activity. During this period, he was involved in different studies, including RCTs, cohort studies, and complex survey designs. He supervises MRes and PhD students in the field of Medicine. He has excellent statistics teaching skills for non-specialists. Dr Moinuddin has published more than 30 research articles in prestigious journals, including The Lancet Global Health, PLOS ONE, Nutrients, BMJ, and BMC. He supports the journals PLOS One and BMJ as an academic editor and statistical reviewer respectively.
